Step 1: Create and Register UAE Pass Account
The first step is to create and register your UAE Pass Account. You can do that by either going to the ICP Website or by downloading the UAEICP App from the Google Play Store and iOS App Store. Once done, log in using your details.

Step 3: Text Confirmation
